DIY & Modified Items: To maintain quality control, we offer no returns, exchanges, or warranties on:
DIY (Do-It-Yourself) kits or electronic components.
Products that have been modified, soldered, or used.
Items damaged due to incorrect voltage or user error.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Charges: Delivery fees and timelines vary based on the courier service and your geographic location.
Outside Dhaka Policy: For all “Cash on Delivery” (COD) orders outside of Dhaka, the courier charge must be paid in advance to confirm the shipment.
5. Limitation of Liability
Usage Risk: RoboShop BD shall not be held liable for any technical failures, accidents, or damages resulting from the use (or misuse) of our products. Users are expected to have the necessary technical knowledge for handling electronic parts.
