The hallmark of the S500 frame is its upswept arm design. By tilting the motors slightly upward, the drone gains a “V” shape (dihedral) which significantly improves stability, especially during rapid descents or when hovering in windy conditions. At RoboShop BD, we recommend this frame for its superior vibration-damping properties, as the arms are crafted from high-density polyamide nylon reinforced with support ridges to prevent flexing under high-torque motor loads.

Integrated PCB & Heavy-Duty Gear

Building a clean drone is easier with the S500’s integrated Power Distribution Board (PDB). The center plates allow you to solder your ESCs directly to the frame, eliminating a mess of wires and reducing weight. The included Carbon Fiber Landing Gear is a significant upgrade over plastic skids; constructed from 16mm and 10mm 3K carbon tubes, it provides nearly 200mm of clearance. This ensures that even large 3-axis gimbals carrying mirrorless cameras remain safe from ground contact during takeoff and landing.
