All-in-One Power Solution
This power module from RoboShop BD simplifies your drone’s wiring by combining three critical functions into one compact unit: a voltage regulator (BEC), a voltage sensor, and a current sensor. It connects directly between your LiPo battery and your Power Distribution Board (PDB), while a single 6-pin cable plugs into the “PM” port of your flight controller to deliver both power and telemetry data.
Precise Battery Monitoring
Reliable flight begins with knowing your power status. The onboard sensing circuit can handle up to 90 Amps of current and is configured for 5V ADC measurement. By tracking how much capacity you’ve consumed in milliamp-hours (mAh), your Pixhawk or APM can provide a much more accurate “fuel gauge” than simple voltage monitoring alone. This is critical for long-range FPV and autonomous missions where precise power management is a must.
Key Features
-
Clean Power Supply: Switching regulator provides a stable 5.3V at 3A, filtered for sensitive electronics.
-
Dual Sensing: Measures both battery voltage and current flow up to 90A.
-
Plug-and-Play: Pre-soldered with XT60 connectors and includes the 6-pin DF13/Molex cable.
-
Wide Voltage Range: Supports 2S to 6S LiPo batteries (up to 28V).
-
Failsafe Support: Enables critical ArduPilot features like Battery Failsafe and RTL on low power.
-
Safety First: Wrapped in protective heat shrink to prevent accidental shorts on the frame.
